Ainsty Ales Brewery & Taproom was founded by Born & Bred 'Yorkie' Andy Herrington to provide a distinctive range of craft beers and ales, all produced in the 'York & Ainsty Wapentake' a once self-governing area dating back to the Middle Ages, where the brewery gets its name.
The ethos of the brewery is simple; to provide great tasting experiences for our customers and to support local businesses and charities along the way. We do this while celebrating our roots in the vibrant and fantastic City of York.
From April 16th our Brewery Taproom will be open every Friday from 3-9pm & Saturday from 1-6pm. Serving a selection of casked and kegged Ainsty Ales, local Gins & Ciders as well as regular live music on offer and tasty food options every other week. Find out more here and on Facebook.
PLEASE NOTE - WHILST TABLE SERVICE IS REQUIRED DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO BOOK A TABLE FOR 1.5HR SLOTS ON A FRIDAY & SATURDAY. THIS CAN BE DONE 'HERE' IN DUE COURSE. THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
